Having previously held the position of Head of Listing at the SEM for almost 11 years, Shamin was actively involved in the development of new and innovative products in the context of SEM’s strategic shift to internationalise its platform. He was also closely engaged in the setting up of SEM’s regulatory framework and has been instrumental in creating the enabling space for international ventures to lis t and trade on the Exchange.
Shamin started his career some 30 years ago in the Big 4 and gained valuable experience in a multitude of fields including auditing, taxation, consultancy, global business and financial restructuring. He later held finance directorship roles in the textile and beverage industries respectively. He was a past member of the Audit Committee of CIMA Africa and past board member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants.
He is a Fellow member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)UK and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA)UK. He also holds a Masters Degree in IT (Business Information Systems) from Keele University (UK) and a MBA in Marketing from the University of Mauritius.

Kesaven was, until June 2016, a Senior Manager in the Capital Market Advisory team of Intercontinental Trust Limited. He has more than 11 years of extensive experience ranging from fund set up and administration, fund accounting, Mauritius regulatory matters, investment structuring, transaction advisory to capital raising and listing on Securities Exchanges. He is actively in volved on various initiatives to enhance the attractiveness of the SEM. He has also been serving in the capacity of board member on some SEM listed companies and on a number of funds and investment holding companies established in Mauritius.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting with Information System from the Uni-versity of Mauritius and a Master in Business Administration (Innovation and Leadership) issued by the University of Mauritius and the Ducere Global Busi-ness School. He is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Cer-tified Accountants UK (FCCA), a member of the Mauritius Institute of Profes-sional Accountants(MIPA) and Member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MiOD)

Dhandevy Hurkoo joined Intercontinental Trust Limited (ITL) early 2002 when ITL was at its early days. Since then, she has been entrusted the responsibility of managing a portfolio of clients constituting of major international institutions, including all subsidiaries of the Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
In that capacity, Dhandevy has gained wide experienced in the structuring of SPVs and Investment companies and her assistance has proved invaluable in the closings of cross-border transactions where time is of the essence. She is also very familiar with regulatory matter in Mauritius and interacts on a regular basis with the regulatory bodies to resolve any pending issues. Prior to joining ITL, she had been working as marketing executive with major local companies in varying fields such as airline, shipping and the tourism industry.
Previously a Senior Manager, Dhandevy adapted to the full time and demanding role that requires to be a highly proactive, motivated and organized individual who is able to multitask, prioritize effectively and demonstrate good time management, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. She is now the General Manager of INCE (Mauritius) Ltd.

Fadley Bundhoo joined Intercontinental Trust Limited (ITL) in September 2005 as client accountant and is now a Senior Manager heading a team of 26 people in the client accounting department with a varied portfolio including domestic, global business companies and outsourcing. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an MBA Holder from the Oxford Brookes University in UK.
Previously, he worked for a manufacturing company.
In his capacity, he has acquired extensive knowledge in the field of accountancy and is well versed with the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) as well as interacting on a regular basis with regulatory bodies like Mauritius Revenue Authority and Registrar of Companies.
Currently, he is a dedicated Account Manager and the head of XBRL projects for Ince (Mauritius) Ltd

1939The Atkinson family acquire shares in JG Ince (Pty) Ltd.

1993Our operating footprint expands into Durban and Cape Town and our offering grows to include digital solutions. Ince builds the first investor relations website in South Africa.
1994JG Ince (Pty) Ltd becomes Ince (Pty) Ltd.
1998We launch Motiv to operate as a partner to Ince, providing content development and design services for large corporates’ investor and brand communication needs.
2009The third draft of the King Code on Corporate Governance in South Africa introduces Integrated Reporting to all JSE-listed companies.
2013We sell our last printing press and increase capacity to begin developments on our digital solutions.
2014Our head office moves to Sandton.
2015We launch iMedia, an offering that leverages our shareholder database in order to educate and empower South African retail investors.
2016 - Mauritius Office LaunchedWe publicly launch our iXBRL solution and expand our operating footprint internationally by opening up offices in Mauritius. In 2016, we also launched our B-BBEE partner company, Isiqhingi, who provides specialised stakeholder communication services for public sector organisations.
